Umuaguosibe Village consists of seven kindreds, each led by a Kindred Chairman:

Umuene Kindred
Ugwuabor Kindred
Achondu Kindred
Umungene Kindred
Umudiegu Kindred
Umuechetaene Kindred e.t.c
Roles of Kindreds:
Represent lineage affairs
Participate in governance
Maintain social order
Organize cultural events
Each kindred also manages its own land and agricultural resources.
